17 years of success...

Established in 2002 by our Chairman Dr Chris Pugh FFOM and joined by Managing Director Andrew Noble and Chief Medical Officer Dr Alasdair Emslie FFOM FFOM (I) in 2016, Duradiamond Healthcare has gone from strength to strength, building on our excellent reputation for clinical and service quality.

We’re proud to help our clients reduce absence, mitigate risk and boost their productivity through effective occupational health and wellbeing services.

As well as providing the full range of occupational and wellbeing services, we have strong values of trust, honesty, integrity, and competency, which underpin everything we do.

We focus on our core values of innovation, support and care. Each of these are built on the internal trust that we have for one another and the competence of the systems and processes we operate.

Our staff operate in an environment where they have autonomy to support their clients, but within a structure that provides security and confidence. We make substantial investments in training, clinical conferences, revalidation and reflective practice to enhance the support we provide all staff and in turn they provide to our clients.

Our model of multidisciplinary OH service delivery for prevention of occupational health disease, supporting rehabilitation to work from absence and building resilient and productive workforces is based on the latest research and evidence base. This is under pinned by our 18 separate accreditations, which include ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and SEQOHS.
